There are 3 reasons that carriers are sold as seconds.
1. Our new carriers go through a rigorous inspection process for both structural and aesthetic defects. Any carriers that do not meet those qualifications are repaired to ensure structural integrity.
2. Carriers which have been returned are washed in our facility with free and clear unscented detergent, and then put back through the inspection process.
3. Carriers which are unique, limited samples, or color runs.
You can rest assured that even if your second has an imperfection, that it is of the highest quality and is just a bit more special.

Seconds are packaged in new flat packing, not original display box.

Our carrier is nonadjustable and is sized to the wearer. Most parents need to be fitted for his/her own carrier. Carrier size generally corresponds to your pre-pregnancy fitted T-shirt size. Sizes up to 5XL by special order. More info on sizing here.
